Attendees must be current or certification just expiring ('22' or later) in both Referee and S&T in order to be eligible to attend. This clinic will provide recertification for Referee and S&T. This clinic will also recertify Starters whose certification is current or just expiring ('22' or later). Registrations will be checked to ensure attendees are eligible to attend.

Join in for the Rays End of Season Party on Sunday, July 30th!

We need more volunteers for the following jobs:

Set up - arrive by 3pm and come to the grassy area by the fitness pool
Bring ice/drinks
Prepare and bring pasta (1lb)
Prepare and bring fruit
Clean up

2. When you arrive for the party on Sunday, please enter through the outdoor entrance across from the skate park and not the indoor entrance. Bring your blanket and chairs to the grassy area beside the fitness pool. We will kick things off and begin serving food inside rooms A and B and plan to eat outside on the lawn.

3. The pool will be open for use after the party program. Don’t forget your swim gear, sunscreen, bug spray etc.

Date, Location & Schedule

The meet will be held the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center, 355 Martins Lane, on Sunday, July 30th. Warm-ups will begin at 7:00 am and the first Event will start at 8:00 am. There is no rain date for this meet.

The entire pool will be available for general warm-up but only lanes 2, 3, 6 and 7 of the Competition area will be available for Starts and Sprints. The warm-up schedule is as follows:

12 & Under	7:00 - 7:20 a.m.
13 & Over	7:20 - 7:40 a.m.
All Ages/Late warmup	7:40 - 7:50 a.m.

Lanes 2, 3, 6 and 7 will be used for Starts and Sprints throughout the Warm-up session. All other lanes will be available for General Warm-up. All swimmers must enter the pool at the Start End only.

With the exception of the Start and & Sprint lanes, all swimmers must enter the pool feet first.

Continuous warm-up will be available throughout the meet at the far end of the pool (non-Competition area) but no Starts will be allowed during continuous warm-up. Feet first entry only!

There will be NO other pools at the Center available for warm-up.

Map/Meet Layout for parking, team areas, spectator areas, Bag Tag pick-up, Awards pick-up, Officials/Volunteer sign-in and Clerk of Course/Heat Staging area.

Officials, Timers/Take-Off Judges and Other Volunteers

The MCSL All Star Relay Meet requires the staffing of two full sets of Officials, Timers, Take-Off Judges and Other Volunteers since the meet is run in two sessions – Section I and Section II. This meet is a unique event in that each Division swims approximately the same number of Relay teams. As a result, we need All Divisions to provide volunteers and help staff the meet.

2023 MCSL All Star Relay Meet

The MCSL All Star Relay Meet will be held in two separate sessions at the Rockville Swim and Fitness Center, 355 Martins Lane, on Saturday, July 29, 2023. Section I (Divisions A thru G) will begin at 7:00 a.m. and Section II (Divisions H thru O) will begin at 10:00 a.m. The facility will open at 6:00 a.m. There is no rain date for this meet.

The entire pool will be available for general warm-up but only lanes 2, 3, 6 and 7 of the Competition area will be available for Starts and Sprints. All swimmers must enter the pool at the Start End only. The warm-up schedule for each Section is listed below:

Section I

6:30 am thru 6:55 am - General Warm-up & Lanes 2, 3, 6 & 7 open for Starts and Sprints

Section II

9:30 am thru 9:55 am - General Warm-up & Lanes 2, 3, 6 & 7 open for Starts and Sprints

With the exception of the Start & Sprint lanes, all swimmers must enter the pool feet first.

Waiver form: Complete in advance- print player’s name clearly, return the signed form to Sherry, by giving it to Sherry or Rachael. Or the group will have to wait at shadowland entrance for you to complete the waiver form before the game.
